The guy that I spoke with at Hookah Delivery is named Albert Poghosyan and he is a very nasty and abusive individual. An argument Can be made that he is perhaps even psychotic.
This is a local business in my area and Albert Poghosyan at Hookah Delivery located at 1800 North Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, FL 33062 Ph. 347-474-4414 is a business to avoid unless you want to receive the same horrible treatment that I did. The guy is using his cellular phone with a NY 347 area code to advertise his company on the internet. Very "professional".
So I called this business to inquire about its hookah pipes and tabaco and this guy named Albert Poghosyan started cursing at me and calling me a "CHEAP JEW" and that I shouldn't bother him and waste his precious time by asking questions before I stop buy his shop or order some items online.
I told Albert that he had no right to speak to me that way and that I would be reviewing his rude and nasty attitude and reporting his unprofessional business practices so that other prospective customers will be forewarned.
AVOID HOOKAH DELIVERY AND ALBERT POGHOSYAN LIKE THE PLAGUE. TOTAL RIPOFF AND RUDE AND NASTY INDIVIDUAL!

Albert Poghosyan is a liar, a troublemaker, and most of all, a two-bit thug. The guy looks like bad news if you ask me. Just Google his picture. One look says it all. He was the one who blew up my phone, calling me from the very same cell phone number: 347-474-4414 as the one listed on the Hookah Delivery website after I told him to leave me alone, and he was the one who issued the threats and racial slurs (he called ME a dirty Jew and threatened to break MY nose!) towards me and I intend on filing a police report and restraining order against him if he continues to harass me.
This clown also has numerous websites if you Google his name and phone number. One cannot really be sure who or where he is at any given moment as he has websites listed in Florida, Armenia, Germany, etc., etc.

The gentleman's complain states that the Hookah delivery is a shop , however we dont have any shop and the business iteself has not yet started its operations. Moreever The reason of this complain has nothing to do with the business itself. The gentleman that wrote this review is William (Bill) G. Avrich . You can find a lot about him here at www.whosmells.com . 2 days ago this Gentleman threatned Albert over the phone out of nowhere to break his neck, break his nose, racial comments and possible threats to Alberts life. He called from different phone numbers such as 239-234-4377 and 561-982-1275. Morever this gentleman has already been convicted for above mentioned threats over the phone on a different case previosuly in past.
At this time We have already filed a protection order and it is in place, also it will also follow with restraint order. West Palm Beach Circuit Office Probation office has already been informed about this matter as well as Boca Raton Police Services Department.
William (Bill) G. Avrich has never contacted Hookah delivery and this is a simple scam that is beeing done. Appropriate legal actions has taken place already.
Hookah Delivery has not yet started its operations as of yet.
Albert always keeps his name clean and never violates a law
