Hooker Furniture Sold me a $1,000 broken office chair and can't fix for three months Martinsville Virginia
I recently purchased a new Hooker Furniture leather office chair for over $1,000. After several days the ball bearings started falling out of the casters, making the chair unusable, and also putting grease stains on my office rug.
Hooker Furniture has advised me it will take nearly three months to send me replacement casters. So i am stuck with an expensive, useless chair, and permanent grease stains on my rug. Sitting on a metal chair fuming. Terrible quality control and terrible after sale customer service.
