Somehow this company has gotten software on my son's computer that will change the homepage to their home page. Change it back to our normal ISP and it gets flipped back to them...no matter what you change!

When it (this software) is running, there are constant messages about not being able to create windows/window32/system.dbs. Eventually, Internet Explorer crashes. IE has been patched to prevent trojan horses from running, or so I thought. I e-mailed them for "help" but haven't received a reply yet. I can't stay on my normal ISP long enough to ask them for help (not that AT&T gives you much...).
