After 2 years, over $10,000 and fully loyal trust with my car, Hooman Nissan returned my car with a large dent in the car. I immediately reported this issue and the service manager said that he was sure they didn't do it and it was just an attempt to cheat them into doing body work on my car.

This claim enraged me since i provided pictures of the car before the service and there were no dents in my car. After getting no support from the service manager i sent all my documentation to Mr Hooman for support. Mr Hooman said the following and I quote "dents will happen but i can't be expected to pay for them".

I asked if he felt this issue was worth a loyal customer and he said that's how it goes.

So when i see there commercials about customers being so important i know its complete BS. Now I understand why they give free tires and oil changes because if they had to rely on good service they would go out of business. Since this i began going to Carson Nissan and they do great work and respect my car. Don't fall for the Hooman GIMMICKS. They are to cover up for there lousy customer service.
