Complaint Review: Hooman Toyota Of Long Beach

Hooman Toyota Of Long Beach An internet manager gave me a full description of a vehicle with a selling price and a guaranteed 2.9 financing rate, and promised me that this quote will hold true til 9:00 pm. However when I got there they gave me a run around. I told them the reason why I am here is because of this quote she gave online. They finally agreed, but when we came out to see the car it was no longer to be found. Long Beach California

An internet manager gave me a full description of a vehicle with a selling price and a guaranteed 2.9 financing rate, and promised me that this quote will hold true til 9:00 pm. However when I got there they gave me a run around. I told them the reason why I am here is because of this quote she gave online. They finally agreed, but when we came out to see the car it was no longer to be found.

Then they said that I can look through their inventory of vehicles on another site, and so we went there and spent 30 minutes and did not find any comparable. Then the driver was told that they have finally found the car I was quoted for and so we went back to the dealership and when I entered the lobby, that guy, presumably a manager, told me that as far as he knows that car is no longer in their inventory and have a paper on his hand trying to sell me a 2007 model when I was looking to buy a brand new car. So then I composed myself and settled to say that I will then just want to claim the $50. certificate as promie by coming into their store (after 2 hrs of wait). Then the 'manager' said that thwy will have to mail it to me because the dept. is closed.... It was then that I said in a loud voice that I am being conned here... and he responded saying how could you think that we would sell a car worth 25,000 for only 21,000... In my frustration I mentioned something of his ethnic background being a Persian that my employer was one that was ruthless and dishonest. Not all are like that but when you find one you can almost tell.
p.s. Him and the internet/fleet manager and the director of operations and the owner himself were there at first discussing the situation of the sale of the car. However after I came back from the othersite where I was hoping to find the car or anyone comparable, the owner had presumably gone home already. I could not believe that they were so cold and uncaring of other people's time and effort, specially their customer.
