These guys are criminals.....my wife brought the car in for an oil change and wound up paying $250...they suckered her into doing a bunch of crap that was not needed. Oil change: $30..... "look over car": $70.... air filter: $50 (which costs $10 for parts - a 2 minutes of work!!!) cabin air filter ($70) - not needed..... Too bad guys....I was looking to buy a new car. You can forget about EVER getting 1 more cent of my business. I even considered calling the attny generals office - but what would that accomplish. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS..... I would recommend someone else - but people would think I have an agenda. HOOMAN are criminals. Good for you guys....you got $250 of my wife's money for a $30 oil change...don't worry this review should hopefully cost you 10x that amount in lost revenue. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED OR A BUNCH OF UNNEEDED WORK!!!!!!!!!!!

SLUDGE POEM 3....

#5Consumer Comment

is about Toyota's President in Japan, Akio Toyoda.

*Anyone can 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT RJ WILLIAMS & ASSOCIATES- SAM BAKER- GROSSINGER TOYOTA, and find that poem in the 'Updates' section to that Ripoff Report, right?

And anyone can 'Google' this- SLUDGE POEM, and read it. (It seems as though Toyota's stock is selling like hot-cakes today, huh? A few minutes ago there were over 2 million shares traded and it's only about noon on the east coast. Four more hours of trading to go!)

Thank You.

I went in with my girlfriend to get her 09 Matrix serviced. The service manager suggested we come back in about 3hrs (Note: came in for an inspection, oil change, and wash) so we walk around till its time to pick up.  We come back in 4 hrs and the car is still on the lift in plane view from the entrance, the manager insists that its all finished and just about to come off the rack,  15mins later a mechaninc gets under the car and pulls the drain plug and doesnt even let the pan drain completely, plugs it back up, drops the car, opens the door, pops the hood and throws in the oil hose to fill the crank case (note the hood was closed during the oil change and the filter is only accesible from the top) the guy most likely didnt even change the oil filter and obviously didnt pop the dip stick or lossen the oil cap to vent.  When I asked the manager why he lied about the car being done, he just jibber jabbered about how busy it was (if its busy then its busy, but dont lie about my car being finished when its not).  When I complained about the mechanic not letting the pan drain, he said "there is going to be some residual oil flow", now thats true if you dont let it drain properly  (i.e vent) but more over a trickle of oil is acceptable not a constant pour very visible from over 50 ft away.  He then said "we can go and check the oil filter to make me happy", but that would have done me no good since I dont write down  sn's from oil filters before and after services (also note: engine bay was emaculate prior to service).  And lastley they did a horrible job of washing the car, and I dont know if their supposed to vaccum the interior, but if they are then they just fail all around.

Please have more information what mileage is your car? When were these items last replaced? If you live in a dusty climate you will need an air filter more often. If you park under a tree youre A/C filter can clog sooner.

I have seen A/C filter clog in 15K miles engine filters get dirty in Arizona that the Engine light will come on. The price is not that bad filter is 13-18 labor .3-.5 hr (It may take 3-5 min to get the part and install it but we are here to make money like in every company. A/C filter .3-.5 hr part is 19-26$ It sounds more like she was sold a service. The only charge that may be much it 70 for inspection

You say they are criminals did they do the work??? If so it sounds like they did what they were approved to do. Sadly with ALL auto Repair business It uses High pressure up sells (yes some do go too far) you should instruct your wife to say no or have them call you and you tell her what to do. Women do receive more pressure to buy things then men. Just say no! NO means NO.
