I have contacted this company, sent them pictures and never in my life experienced such poor standards in taking care of there customers. I purchased a Supreme Windtunnel with 12 amp motor and is self propelled I believe. One day I was vacuuming the floor and went to turn it off and it would not. Something mechanically in the switch had broken off. Needless to say I had to pull the plug while it was running...how nice. Yes the main switch is hidden in the neck of the unit. I took it apart sent pictures asking if they could send me a new top piece. Part of the cheap plastic had broken off. This vacuum was not even that old. I could not find reciept but did find the charge on my credit card. I orderd it online. I continued to get the same response as Chris another customer who is on here that has had a problem. Contact this place and take it there. I'd still end up paying a fee. I could not use my vacuum at all unless I liked getting shocked every time I wanted to plug it in and out. I bought a used (((competitor's name redacted))) at a garage sale and it was missing a part, contacted the company and they sent me the part no questions asked! Its one thing to buy junk but when the company does not help its customers its a sad day. I had my partner rig the compartment so that I was able to use the switch. It is not a pretty site but at least I am getting use of this expensive vacuum that the company so proudly stands behind, my butt. I will never buy another hoover nor recommend it to anyone. If the word Hoover comes up, thats when my story starts. Thanks for helping me get a shock of my life...literally!

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitor's name
