Complaint Review: Hope Mills Universal

I ordered from this web site on 10/5/04 and have not received my order. I try to go back to the web site and I can only get to the order screen. Nothing else. No contact information to ask about my order. This is absolute robbery and I hope something can be done about these crooks! I have ordered online before but this is the first time I have been ripped off. I am very angry that this company has been allowed to continue ripping people off. I wish I had researched this site before I ordered. I know I have learned a valuable lesson. I hope this crooked web site is stopped very soon.
