I bought a Captain America shield off their website because it was a good price and the website said it was 100% safe and it would ship in 7-10 days and it’s been nearly a month. I have made repeated attempts to get a hold of customer service by phone and email, but no response. So after no confirmation emails or no customer service responses, I feel pretty ripped off. I even went the extra mile and contacted another customer service that the owner of the website owns and one of the service reps just shot me down instead of getting me in contact with the owner. This website was called binkish.com. They actually responded but were of no help.
