Facts about this report:
1. This report is not true, its misleading and has been downloaded, printed and will become part of the lawsuit in which Hopper is suing Peter Gumma.
2. Peter Gumma signed a contract with Hopper in which Hopper was to be paid $100,000 in liquidated damages should the contract be terminated.
3. Hopper was the 3rd contractor on the project which is why the penalty for early termination was put in place.
4. As expected Gumma terminated the contract
5. Gumma owes Hopper the said liquidated camages and is being sued to collect it.
Hopper ran off with NO money and is infact still owed money from Gumma which Hopper intends to collect. This report is false and the poster was Peter Gumma who is anything but "honest"
