Complaint Review: Horizon Technologies

I also fell victim to Horizen Technologies scam. I liked the product, but at first didn't realize it would be a "location" gps and not a "navigational" gps. They also talked about research on personal locators for children and older adults with memory loss. I was never informed about the bankruptcy. My web site just stopped working and the phone numbers are not working. I keep getting phone calls from Business Recovery Services saying for a fee, they will "help" get my money back. Does anyone know how to deal with this to get monies returned?
