Horizon Cleaning Services Liars, unprofessional, bad business practices, doesnt stand by their work tampa, Florida
I called Horizon Cleaning Services to clean my carpets, coupon said 34.00 per room. Gentleman gets here and does a pre clean and says that I will need a SPECIAL spray to get stains out. I said ok now the bill goes up to $110.00.
I watched him do the carpets of which looked grey as he was shampooin them, he stated it had to do with them being wet and would go away as they dried. (not). I asked him if the stains come back what would he do, he said definatly come back and take care of it.
Three weeks later the stains came back, i called to complain and they said they have a two week guantee and theres nothing they can do. Do not use them they truly ripped me off!
