Horizon Cleaning Services ,Tampa bay area, I am very disappointed after spending almost $500 to their stinky cleaning service. They did not even use carpet cleaning solution. They used only tap water. Stay away from this company! You've be Pinellas County, Florida
I paid Horizon Cleaning Services almost $500 to have my carpet cleaned in June 2009. I was very disappointed afterward. I was very surprised that they only spent less than 2 hours to clean the whole house. The carpet did not even smells fresh right after they left. I also realized that they did not bother to use carpet cleaning solution.
Not a single day goes by I don't think about it ever since. I'm blaming myself for being too trusting. I'm reporting this hoping that people will learn from my mistake. Please STAY AWAY from this company! They are nothing but a whole bunch of scam artists who would not think twice about stealing your hard earned money. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM, PEOPLE!
