Complaint Review: Horizon Cleaning Services (Tampa bay area)

Do NOT use Horizon Cleaning Services!! So they had a coupon for 5 Rooms for $36+ dollars. Yes, I know U pay what U get, but in the coupon & their ad it clearrrrry says you'll get a basic steam cleaning, COLOR BRIGHTNER & DEODORIZER...Yeah right! If you call luke warm water just vacuumed, I guess thats it!! I kid U not- I got in the home & it smelled like a WET DOG! Thats what U get when its just water splashed on a rug. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTING! I mean it didn't even take out simple dirt spots! Went to the Dollar Tree that afternoon, spent $1 on some cheap China made "Carpet spot remover" and sprayed it on spots on the carpet & used an old ripped Tshirt to wipe the spots up! PRETTY PATHETIC I had to do that & yet this comp. for $40 couldnt do the simplest task! Sad really considering I told the techs that if they did a "Decent" job for the $40 I would completely hire them to take care of my 11 other business areas. Needless to say, I will NOT NOR NEVER recommend them to anyone. Its just dishonest to say your going to do a job & dont!! Even if it only $40! Dont waste your time! Rugs came out cleaner using my $1 carpet remover & an old towel!!! HORIZON CLEANING SERVICE, FRANKLY YOU SUCK!!!!
