Dec. 12, 2011 Horizon Cleaning Services came to clean my living room/bedroom carpet. Upon entering my home, the technician placed a plastic container, filled with an unknown solution on my wallnut TV stand. Later that day I noticed a circular, sticky residue on my furniture that was left from the damp underside of the container when the technician placed the container down. I contacted Horizon Cleaning services the next day, explained what happened and was told a manager would call me back. The only person who returned my call was the technician, who denied placing the container on my furniture. I called Horizon the next day and was told a manager would call me back, which he never did. When I called on 12/15 I finally spoke to a manager, by the name of Joe who stated he would look into it and call me back, which he never did. I called back 12/22 and was told Joe was out of the office, but they would have John, another manager call me back, which he never did. I called again on 12/29 and talked to Joe who stated he talked to the technician who adamently denied placing the container on my furniture. Joe then stated Horizon cleaning serives was not responsible for any damages and he insinuated I was the one not being truthful and the damage to my furniture was there, previous to 12/12.
