Horizon Sunrooms sold us an overpriced Temo sunroom. Overall, we are satisfied with the quality of the product, although it is not as durable as we were led to believe. Windows are excellent.

The concrete work was started before the permit was gotten and we were left for a week with it incomplete. Dirt was piled on my lawn, killing what was underneath the dirt pile. The driveway cracked almost immediately. All the edges around the foundation have broken exposing the dirt that was used as filler and allowing weeds to grow out the sides. They promised to fix the problems and never did.

One of the workmen fell off his ladder and squashed my turkey fryer. They promised to replace it and never did.

The air conditioner they installed was not what was agreed to in the initial contract because the one we agreed to was too big for the space in which it needed to go. The one they installed vibrated excessively since day one. They did not rectify this and told us we needed to deal directly with the manufacturer (Amana).It's better, but still not right.

We were told that fan installation was included in the electrical work but we ended up having to pay the electrician more to install it. In addition, the electrician used screws that were too short, thus the electical outlets and conduit are not securely attached to the walls.

After over a year of pushing these people, we gave up.
