Horizon Technologies, Angel Star Sales Pat Fahey, Allen Aaron A Morrally Corrupt Company Ripoff Tempe Arizona
Last April 2nd hrough the 5th, 2006 I was lied to,by Patrich Fahey of Horizon Technologies to get me involved with his company. A few days later I was again lied too by Allen AAron to buy advertisement. These two gentleman scammed me to the sum of $3276.00. After the first two weeks of association with them I came to the conclusion tha they, Horizon Technologies were liars and very decietful in their business practices. On April 24, 2006 I mailed them back their business booklet and a letter stating that I didn't want to get invoolved with them and that I wanted my website shut down and my money back.
After over fifty phone calls to talk to Patrick Fahey or Allen Arron trying to resolve this situation, not only was my attemp to disolve my association with the company totally ignored but they also charge me each month to maintain the website. I recently spoke to a gentleman named Robert who call me looking for some $3oo.oo for website maintenance. He said yes but as to this date he has not done so. (March 17, 06) Also why is it that after I mailed out 125 Flyers advertising the product, April 11, 2006 and there supposed mailing of 1000 cards for $1350.00 why have I not recieved ONE PENNY. Ignored my request to disassocate my business relationship with then, ignored my request for shutting down my website, ignored my requested for a refund, and never paid me for any sales of which I have proof of. A amorally Corrupt Company and individuals. There is more to be said but this is long enough. Thank You . . . .

Rebuttal to "S" of Horizon Techbologies. Dear "S", The point in question is not "Where else can you open a business for less" but my involvement with a morally corrupt and deceiptful company. It seems to me, not knowing who you are, that you are either ignorant of the facts or you are a part of the corrupt scheme of Horizon Technologies to rip off people of the money.
In your rebuttal to my complaint to Ripoff Report on March 17, 2007 (#239471) you state that I verbally agreed to get involved with Horizon Technologies as a reseller of a GPS tracking unit with a website. This is true as to the extent that the business was explained to me at that time.
It would be impossible for me to agree to things that would come up later after you took my money for a website ($1926.) and for advisetising. ($1350.) In a statement made later in a letter to my Credit Card Company,Horizon Technologies stated that I was informed that there was no refund for the website or advertising if I wanted to resolve my relationship with them.
This is NOT true. I was never told up front that there was no refund on these items if I so choose to sever my relationship with them before 30 days. So then what is the refund. According to Horizon Technologies NOTHING. If I had known that this was their policy I would not have gotten involved with them.
The first time this ever came to my attention was when I read it in the business manuel which was sent to me with an agreement in it. Thats the reason I sent back to you the manuel and a letter stating that I did not agree with what was written in the business manuel for I thought that it was a license to steal money from me. Why wasn't I told of the no refund policy BEFORE you took my money?
I'll tell you why. If you did you knew that I wouldn't get involved with you. So you hid it. Also you state that a supervisor called me and confirmed my agreement. This is NOT true. You also stated in your rebuttal that I selected a domain name. American Star GPS.com.This also exactly true. This name was surgessted to my byHorizon Technologies.
This point also opens up another can of worms that is presently being checked on by others. By the way why hasn't this website been discontinued as requested by me many times? And also as promised by Horizon Technologies (Ralph) to do so at least 3 times?
As of this day that website, American Star GPS.com is still active. You refuse to refund my money but you also refuse to shut down the website. WHY? Could it be that this website was sold to others besides me? You closed my Back-Office in June of 2006 because of me not agreeing to an agreement that you had blocking it but you keep the website active.
Why do you block my Back-Office with an agreement that you want me to agree to in June 2006 when you took my money in the first week of April 2006? What you did was block my seeing any sales that could have beem made from my mailings on April 11, 2006 (125 Flyers) Looking back in retrospect I can see that your agreement is a license to steal people's monies. You also state that Horizon Technologiess waived a $300. maintenance fee.for the website.
When was that? March of 2007? If you had honored my request for a refund and a dissolution of our relationship there on April 24, 2006, your so-called REFUND POLICY there would not have been a $300. dollar maintenence fee or any other problems.
As I state before the website American Star GPS.com is still active. Who's paying the fee now on a website that isn't making money or doing business? To tell you the truth I smell something dishonest with this situation also which I'am presently checking in too. Was that website sold to others besides me? Also was any form sent to the IRS saying that I received money from Horizon Technologies for sales that supposely I made. This is also being checked into at the present time.
Please be advised "S" that I have never received one penny in returne for the money you stole from me. Also please be advised "S" that I know and have proof that sales were made which such proof will be presented to the authorities when the time comes. You also stated that I received "other items" that I was not charged for.
What items? If Horizon Technologies want to play the game at least play it on a level field. In conclusion "S" as I stated above either you are not aware of all the fact of which I give you the benefit of doubt like I gave to Sandra, my so-called mentor or as I also stated, yo are nothing more than another spoke in the Horizon Technologies wheel of corruption
Your rebuttal to my complaint against Horizon Technologies is nothing more than a SUBTEFUGE. You addressed none of the issues that I complained about. My suggestion to you is to go to thoes who own or run Horizon Technologies and tell them to refund my money. Whether Horizon Technologies wants to resolve this situation or not, believe me it WILL BE RESOLVED.
You have my money. I have nothing for that money except the satisfaction of knowing that I have notified every State abd Federal authority of your business behavior. But the greatest satisfaction I have in this situation comes from something I read in the Bible. It talks about the outcome of people who defraud and are devious.

Jon, Where else can you be in business for $3,000. You agreed to become a reseller and made the purchases. You gave your verbal agreeement and confirmed it to a supervisor. You were sent a detailed package outlining the details of becoming a distributor, along with your beginning marketing materials. You selected a domain name for your business, your web-site was built as agreed.
You said you sent out 125 fliers? If you owned any other business would you quit the business after sending out 1125 pieces of mail? Did you follow-up with any of the companies? This product works fabulously and is used by thousands upon thousands of happy customers. It takes time to build a business and it also takes time and continued effort to make it grow.
Your web-site can handle credit card orders with no additional cost to you, you don't hae to maintain any inventory or pay any shipping costs. You don't have to do any warranty work, or technical support. All of the marketing materials are designed and available to you.
Horizon waived the $300 and gave you the hits to your web-site at no charge. You also received many other items at no charge, that are normally purchased. Horizon fulfilled its contract with you and did not lie to you.
