I was a dealer for Millennium Plus GPS Tracking Systems. These were supposedly made by Horizon Technologies LLC. I originally got into this business in July, 2006. Everything seemed very up front and legit. I paid $2000.00 to get a dealership and a personal device which I did not install I was using it as a visual tool. It took several weeks to show up, while waiting on the unit I got a call from their advertising department about a postcard campaign. After several minutes of quite high pressure sales tactics they convinced me to purchase this campaign for an additional $1800.

These postcards were to go out in three separate mailings and if Horizon Technologies even did what they said they would do, I had no interest generated from it whatsoever.

I had advertised and sent some cards out myself, went to a couple of car shows with fliers. I kinda floated along with this website on my vehicle, Somehow I had 2 total sales that I had no way of knowing who they were, they must have ordered off my website, and now I feel really bad about the people who purchased them.

I was just getting geared up to make another stab at this with some advertising and I could not get my website to work, now I find out Horizon Technologies are Out of Business.

I feel I have been taken for a ride, Scammed, What a Ripoff! Yes I am Pissed!
