Horizon Telecom long didtance service ripoff Las Vagas Nevada
I live in NC and on my last 4 bills I have had charges from Horizon Telecom for long distance on my bill. I don't even have long distance service on my phone. In talking to my phone company they tell me this service is a rip-off and because of non regulation they can say we did sign on ( downloading a screensaver, entering a contest, filling out a sweepstakes, ect) and we don't even know we are doing it. So for I have been charged over $80.00. I think this problem needs to be addressed and a solution found.
