I already submitted a ripoff report for Advance Business Development (Jeremy Cobbs) and Educational Sales and Marketing, LLC. Now I have to submit this for Horizons Finance, the crooked company that originally handled the financing for my ripoff of $5,000.00 in 07/05. These pieces of garbage immediately sold my account to a financing company in MO - I paid them in full last year. Imagine my surprise when I received a collection notice from EPN, Inc. in Provo, UT in 05/06! This deceitful company fraudulently reported my account as unpaid to a collection agency! I thought this was taken care of when I provided EPN, Inc. proof of payment, but Horizons did it again!!! OR, EPN, Inc. is in cohoots with Horizons. These filthy pigs can attempt to ruin my credit all they want, but no one is getting a dime out of me. I take responsibility for being screwed over the first time and "moved on" after the BBB and the State of Utah Department of Commerce told me it was my word against theirs. I AM NOT PAYING ANY MORE, THOUGH. All the individuals complicit in this are doing nothing but building very very bad karma. Too bad I won't be around to see it when it happens.

Finance Director

First of all let me offer my apologies to Troy from Oakland for any bad experience he may have had with Horizons Finance. We work diligently to offer the best customer service and support available to all our customers. Your complaint concerning any product, coaching, or services provided is with Advance Business Development not Horizons Finance or EPN.

There was a mistake in our records and therefore your account was inadvertently sent to our collecting agent (EPN). When the mistake had been discovered your account with the collection company (EPN) was immediately canceled. At NO TIME was anything ever reported negatively to your credit. That action is only done as a last resort and again, your credit was NEVER NEGATIVELY impacted by Horizons Finance or EPN.

You have wrongly included Horizons Finance and our collection company EPN in your complaint unfairly. Horizons Finance did not sell you any product or service; we simply financed a balance for a product that you purchased on your own accord from Advance Business Development. As for EPN they were acting on Horizons Finance behalf as a collector of your past due amount. EPN is a very reputable collection company and a leader in that industry.

If you are another customer that is reading this feels that Horizons Finance has failed in our customer support and or service please call me directly at 800-219-2214 or email me at Support@HorizonsFinance.com and I will be happy to address your concerns.

Sincerely
Kevin Pilon
