we sent them the fee to qualify for this offer
They sent a form with serial number and pkg code
We booked on their site as requested
we sent in all paper work on sept 1,2010 and have not been able to contact them by phone since only ans machine and no one returns calls
every thing was sent certified mail and i have all receipts
they owe me 497.60
