Horizons Rewards I was jerked around by this company. I paid $54.95 for nothing. altamonte, Florida
In April 2010, i was given a vacation days passport. It was for three days and two night accomodations in one of the hundreds of nationally known hotels. I activated the certificate, paid my $29.95, picked my destination. Two wks later i was notified that the dates i picked and the location were not available. I could pick new dates, which i did along with $25. I then was told they were not available. Called the number. I also was in contact with someone who was trying to take care of this problem. She was told that they were going to start reimbursing people, never received anything. I want my $54.95 back.
