I won a silent auction gift certificate provided by Horizions Rewards, LLC in Altamonte Springs, FL for a Carnival Cruise for two - 3 or 4 nights, including port fees. So did my guest at the auction. Upon paying for the certificates, the instructions say to make the reservations through Horizons Rewards. However, they do not have a website any longer (horizionsrewards.com) and the number has been disconnected (866-611-0246).
The Orlando office is not in business any longer, either.
