Horsein Around Horse Transport - horseinaroundinc.com - Deanna Rubio FRAUD - KEPT $400 DEPOSIT NEVER PICKED UP HORSE OR COULD GET IN TOUCH WITH AGAIN pleasant shade, Tennessee
I arranged for Horsein' Around to pick up my horse and paid them the $405 deposit. I was unable to ever get in touch with them afterwards. Left multiple messages and never got a call back. Right before my horse was scheduled to be transferred Deanna finally called to say the trailer broke and she wouldn't pick up my horse but would refund all of my money. It's been almost two months and I have never received any money back and am unable to get in contact with anyone. This exact story seems to have happened to lots of people - would like to arrange a class action lawsuit. Anyone interested?

And I suggest we all do it too...
Looks like there were a bunch of us that were possibly scheduled for the same trip. While Deanna may have had the best of intentions for completing this trip, there is no excuse for the lack of communication!
So, I have filed with the USPS on their website for the United States Postal Inspection Service. I can do this, as I know what was done is considered mail fraud. I sent my deposit $305.00 through the US Mail, which was then cashed with no service provided.
Here is the web address:

Here is the web address for reporting internet fraud:
http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
My next step is to report it as internet fraud as well, since I initially completed a web form on the contact us page.
Now how do we get a hold of each other??
