People should be aware of the potential challenges and/or disappointment they may face when ordering from Horseloverz.com . I have placed several orders and other than the one from eBay, have yet to have a pleasant transaction. For one, it takes a long time for them to ship, even with their XXX amount of days that they may or may not have listed. I have also ordered items, only to find out they weren't available or sold out - worse yet, I only found that out when I have called to find out where my stuff is. Getting shipping info is like pulling teeth, and I was promised expidited shipping on some Horseware brand items, and that didn't happen. I'm grateful that a friend who lives down the road from me, received her boots in a timely manner. They were the same brand I ordered, and I placed my order BEFORE she did! Yet, here I am still with no boots. Who knows, maybe I will call to get tracking info and find out that they are out of stock on what I ordered...that would be rich. 

Lastly, I HAD an online account with them, then all of the sudden it disappeared. Says my email address doesn't exist. Bottomline is this: It seems like it is hit or miss, they are understaffed, they have a ponzi scheme with merchandise and internet deals, or they plain don't care? Probably a little bit of all of the above. Buyer beware, roll the dice and you might or might not get what you ordered - just note that they sure take payment upfront right away.
