I placed an order with HORSELOVERZ.com on November 25th. They were great deals. But none of them mentionned it would be when the chickens have teeth that you would receive your purchase.

I emailed them to get a status and no reply. I have gone to their facebook and posted my complaint, and they told me to call them. So I did. The gal said that what I bought was coming from a liquidation store that was closing and they were waiting for them to ship the items to them then she would ship to me. She said she would upgrade my shipping, and once they have the items they would get to me in 3-5 days.

What kind of upgrade is that? UPS takes two days ground from PA to MI. Now that we are getting closer to xmas, I am afraid it will be delivered in 2012. I was so excited to get the items I ordered for my new horse. I can't ride because I need the bit and bridle I ordered 2 weeks ago. That is not right. That is bad customer service and false advertisement. They took my money before they had the parts in shipping. RIPP OFF I call it.

I will not order from them ever again. I have faster shipping with (((competitor's name redacted))) or even (((redacted))).

Still waiting...

sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. CLICK here to see why Rip-off Report, as a matter of policy, deleted either a phone number, link or e-mail address from this Report. In this case we removed an alleged competitors name

I had to look hard to find it but here it is. Residence or Warehouse question,,,,it is a warehouse.

Highlights:
5,000 square foot retail store attached to our 60,000 square foot warehouse of inventory.
I found this here MASS Farm Bureau

So that everyone won't be saying it isn't a real business, it is just not run right evidently?

So they have a warehouse and it is not a home based business type store as I originally thought. I am not sure why they do business the way they do but I would not use them.

My apology to them for thinking it was a home based business from the way the complaints I have heard.

A friend just got her refund via PP from this "store" and I have read many complaints from horse owners about them.

I believe this person who owns the store does not have much "on hand" and does not let their customers know this.
This is one of the major complaints products not delivered, non answered emails, etc.

I can just guess that they sell items before they have them in stock as your post seems to suggest, which tells me they put an item on their site, get an order, then they order etc fine if it was a dropship situation but this doesn't seem to be that kind of business or it would say it comes from the manufacturer on the description.

I hold a business license and had a good home based business until the economy tanked and this person needs to go get some entrepreneur skills before selling online.
I am going to look to see if this is a residence or actual warehouse situation.

As to recommendation of this business I would suggest buyers go someplace else.
