You think it is safe to use Ebay and pay with Paypal, you think it is safe and secure to deal direct with an international company on-line and pay via paypal or credit card......

BUYERS, be warned, Equiteric also known as Horseloverz and importer of many goods from china through their company Choice Equestrian Brands Inc. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced... They will not accept ownership of the problem when things go wrong...There freight costs are enormous. They send really larges boxes that are half full and the stuff is so badly packed it gets damaged.

In my case many things went terribly wrong. Many items I brought through their Equiteric shop online on Ebay, on one invoice the total goods where US$481.61 shipping was $US752.60. I paid for the items using Paypal on the 1st may 2008, the items where not shipped out until after the 30th May 2008, in the course of arriving in Australia and going to quarintine they got lost, Horseloverz, wouldn't respond to emails, passed the buck to UPS, until guess what the 45days for claiming iwth Paypal had passed. Therefore I couldn't claim anything I was told on the 45 day after payment that the items had been located and where on their way, not true, one box arrived last week. Again, well after the 45days for insurance with Paypal and now well after the 60days of being able to leave feedback on ebayer therefore allowing them to get away with this scotfree.

Now from the 1st may 2008 who had my money earning interest, Horselovers, yet they state a 4-10 shipping, now that fine it is not going to arrive in another country in that time frame. But at the very least it should have been packed and ready for shipping.

These people are crooks I have no doubt about that ..... they are horrible to deal with.... paypal are useless.... and ebay shouldn't allow companies to put items on an online auction site when they do not obviously have them and breach their shipping guidelines.

Not to mention many of the items I got in the first couple of small orders I placed where damaged or really poor quality, but because I'm in Australia, I couldn't return them because we still had EI.

Not to mention that all care should be taken when dealing with this company, they have a shop at hazelton in the USA, and take returns both online and at their shop. Some of these items could breach bio-security.... if anyone has been through FMD, EI, madcow, birdflu you know the devastation that these disease outbreaks can cause. Choice Equestrian Brands/horseloverz/equiteric rely solely on the ebay spel about EI and horse gear.

My dealings with these companies which are all the one... has caused such hardship and stress to me and my family, I can't even explain it.

Please People to not use them especially is you are in Australia.

Here is the information regarding this order. Yes, shipping was delayed as you mentioned on this order, the order shipped on May 23rd. (All of your previous orders did leave our building in 5 days or less.) We do our very best to get our orders shipped in a timely manner and package them in a way that will be allow the item to arrive undamaged and economically.

Please see UPS tracking numbers 1Z5852EFDG48405233 and 1Z5852EFDG46080847 at http://www.ups.com for the order you are talking about. You will see that they were shipped on May 23rd and were held in quarantine by Australian customs for several weeks. A UPS trace had been filed and we were notified by UPS that the order had been delivered (as of 6/26/08), no mention from UPS about any other problems.
