This company has evidently been deteriorating steadily for months now. I should have listened to feedback, but could not find this item anywhere else.

They have the poorest customer service I have ever seen... they do not respond to e-mails, period.

It cost me over $27USD total for what was a $6.50 or so item. Their page says "usually 2-3 days" for shipping and yet, on the phone, they told me to expect 10. I assumed, given the price and the time estimate on their site, that I was paying such a high amount for such a small item in order to have it shipped faster... but that wasn't the case. They used a standard shipping method.

Supposedly, I paid extra (required) in order to have "all the hassle of customs fees and other charges" removed... again, not the case. Firstly, it was a 6 dollar item, so I was forced to pay extra for a service that wasn't required, as there wouldn't have been any customs fees. Then, unlike all the other packages that I've had sent over the years via this service WITHOUT a broker and that have arrived with no problem whatever, THIS package first got stuck in customs, detoured from NY (was coming just across the border from NY) all the way up to New Brunswick, and got stuck there for "Agricultural Hold" and then required "further clearance" and missed the guaranteed deadline for shipping.

They are blatantly violating eBay policy: I found out after purchasing that they also had a website... and yet, their shipping prices are lower on their website than on eBay. Basically, they're inflating shipping costs on eBay in order to profit, don't outright lie but DO mislead, suggesting that you're getting a superior shipping method, and then ship Standard. This way, you think you're getting a good deal, but end up being screwed over on shipping and, if you look at their feedback, don't get your item for weeks or sometimes at all. Charge what you want for an item and be HONEST about shipping fees.

Terrible way to run a business... Half of their problems could be resolved if they bothered hiring staff to respond to messages and e-mails.................. They have yet to provide myself or PayPal with proof of shipping costs for my item.
