Hose me down car wash scratched my wife's brand new Lexus GS350 and we noticed the scratches less than 3 hours later. We called and the clerk suggested we fill out an incident report and speak with the manager. My wife spoke with the manager and was brused off. I sent an email through their website and have yet to hear anything back from a representative. Its been over 3 weeks now.
