Host Department Didnt Refund Money after asking for a Month Nationwide

I was a costumer of hostdepartment however I hadnt used thier services in several month prior to them automaticly renewing my plan with them.I didnt want thier service anymore and ask for a refund a week after I noticed
that they charged my credit card.

I first contacted them by email trying to get my money refunded and hostdepartment ignored my emails. Then I submitted critical support ticket to get my money back and hostdepartment ignored me. So I called ostdepartment and talked to a billing rep. after hours of trying to get through. I told them that I wanted a refund and they said they pushed it to top who give the refund and nothing happened.

A week went by and I called again and I talked to another billing rep. but recorded the conversation this time for legal use. And I was told that I had to cancel my account from my end and then I would get a refund but the first rep. didnt tell me this so the second rep. canceled it for me on his end and told me that the money would be refunded in 5 days here I am on 7 days later and no refund and a full month from the day they took the money.
