Host Monster Mojo Marketplace Purchased website template file package that we never received after purchase. Internet
We purchased a website template via Host Monster hosting promotions from Mojo Marketplace over a month ago that has not to this day been provided to us. We paid for the template files over a month ago an never received them.
KC Birdwhisperer personnel emailed Mojo Market place several times over the past thirty days asking for them to give us the files we paid for or give us a refund and we have received neither to this day.
KC Birdwhisperer personnel just spent over an hour with two different Host Monster personnel and still did not get the template files and were told they could not issue us a refund without authorization from Mojo Marketplace.
Mojo marketplace has not responded to KC Bird Whisperer to provide the files or the refund we requested over two weeks ago via Email.
KC Bird Whisperer Taming & Grooming Services of Kansas City will never purchase anything from Mojo Marketplace again and we will likely also be moving kcbirdwhisperer.org to another hosting company.

Also a complaint to the US Attorney General's Office is being filed.
