I signed up with IP phone services with this company several years ago. I originally signed on with a different company and they got bought out by these clowns. Several months after I got a notice that they had shut my service off due to non-payment, this is auto debit on a credit card. They did not even bother to contact me before or after the shut off the service, they have my email address, I only found out 3 weeks later after they continued to debit my account charging me 5.00 each time.

 After talking to my bank spending my time to figure it out they said it was not the bank it was on the other end. I talked to hosted numbers several times and they denied any problems, come to find out there was a glitch in their software that caused the problem. There was no apology just that I owed all of the charges that had accumulated due to monthly charges plus debit fees amounting to 3 times my monthly charge. So I have to pay for their mistake just to due business with them. I reluctantly did pay the fees.

Just recently I decided to end the service, their back to their old games of you owe them. I cancelled my service two days before my ending billing date and they closed my account right there, no service available for that next month, now they say the actual service date is before that date so I owe them my monthly fee plus now debit fees from trying to debit my account which they have been blocked from. They want me to pay for service in which they do not intend to provide.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ! They are not a ethical company to do business with. they have one of the worst customer service departments I have ever dealt with. TRULY SUCCESSFUL companies value their customers, these guys have no clue.

It is not our policy to close accounts without notice to our customers. We have several processes in place to ensure customers are contacted by phone regarding any billing irregularities and this information is also included on the billing statement for which the irregularity occurred. Regarding our billing, most services are billed in advance. Some add on services cannot be billed in advance as a customer can opt into the add on service at any time. Our agents will always be happy to explain what is billed in advance and what is billed in arrears and agents are available 24x7 at 1-800-775-7790. Most billing questions can be answered by an agent but our AR team is also available as needed 9-5 Monday through Friday. 

We thoroughly reviewed your account and found no reference to the billing glitch mentioned but do apologize if there was confusion regarding the charges which composed your bill and also apologize if you feel our agents inadequately explained those charges. We have personally reached out here; we value all of our customers. Wed love a chance to show you that we appreciated your time as a customer with us and resolve this matter.
