About a year ago I got a hostgator website, there was some starter issues, but were resolved. Three months ago I canceled the service because I did not need the website anymore. First they stalled with procedure (making sure they charged me another month) on canceling my website, then they sent a cancellation letter by email, and I assumed it was done. The next month I charged again, 9.95. Then in the month of October they charged my card again, this is two months after they sent me a letter saying that everything was canceled. A year ago they seemed dependable, now they seem more like thieves. I am now out of almost $20, has this happened to anyone else using hostgator?
