Hosting Network Inc. Aka Featureprice.com Will not provide technical support, my website has been down for 4 days now! ripoff business from hell Ft. Myers Florida

The intent of this letter is to notify everyone that I have become dissatisfied with Hosting-Network, Inc.
(featureprice.com) service. I have never seen worse customer service. What made me finally write this letter was when my website went down sometime on April 10, and still today (April 15), the site has not been restored.

I have submitted numerous tickets, and contacted tech support via live chat (after waiting for almost an hour), and each time I was assured that the server admins are close to resolving the issue within a few hours.

Their support techs do not answer any questions, and blatantly lie about what is going on.

If you try to reach customer service at (239) 622-0000, they don't pick up the phone. A recording tells you that the hours for Customer service are 9 - 5 pm est. However, you get that message even if you call within those hours, I called at 11:30 pm est. I still got that message.

For some reason, they are really avoiding their customers, something big must be wrong with them.

The company guaranteed a 99% uptime when I signed up for 1 year worth of service (Plantinum plan), clearly, this has not happened. I doubt I will be refunded, even though I deserve to be.

I have lost a lot of money as a result of my site being down, not to mention all the frustration I am feeling. I want to make sure others are not treated in this manner.
