Complaint Review: Hosting Network Inc.

This company has given me a lot of problems from July 16 2002 up to today which is April 18 2003 which is a total of 8 months using their services. I paid the expensive sum of $169.40 on my credit card for their Budget Plan when all was said and done.

Many times I had problems with their servers not functioning properly. One outright lie I was told when I called them because their servers were not working right, was we don't service FrontPage, after I was using it for almost 3 months and still used it up until a week ago when their web hosting service would not work at all.

That means no website, no e-mails and my FrontPage would not work as it has for the 8 months on and off since I have used it. When I bought into their service at that time, it said and they said verbally it supported FrontPage, which it did or it would not have worked at all. Basically they lied to cover up their server related problems. Now many other times they lied to me about various things due to their own web servers not functioning right. N

ow within this last month it has hardly worked at all. Then I told them if they can't be honest with me and can't get their servers up and working that when my account expired at the date of August 16 2003, I would not sign up for any future services with them. Now it has not worked at all and I have sent them 4 e-mails and all I get back is we are sorry and we are working on the problem. Come on who do you think your fooling here.

Almost one week and no website, no e-mail account and I can't publish to their servers. That brings me to think they shut me down after I threatened them that I would not do business with them anymore. These people are rip-off liars and very expensive for what little they give you. Shame on you bad bad people for all your lies you told me and the Hell with your crappy service.

People take my advice avoid a major headache and rip-off and never go to featureprice.com and waste your money on them bad services and poor customer relations. Their web servers are going down all the time. I am very upset with these rip off liars. They owe me four more months which I will most likely never see. WHAT A MAJOR RIP-OFF
