Complaint Review: Hostinger.ru

Worst hosting company ever.
FIRST: They promised 24/7 live support when I bought Business hosting account! What they did is something. They announced new product business VPS and moved 24/7 support to that product and my simple business account became some kind of cheap thing without 24/7 support. I asked to fix that because that is not good to lie people! They said that it will be fixed soon, after 5 months nothing was fixed, I asked them second time to bring back my 24/7 support, they told that no one promised 24/7 do simple business account. I have all screenshots from previous website versions and online chat support that proof that they promised 24/7 support! I asked them to provide their company complete information so I could go to court, they just ignored my official email and online chat request!

SECOND: servers at first was working perfect. after couple months my websites started not to load properly or became super slow, I told them about the problem and they moved my websites to another server andthat process brought a lots of errors on my website, I payed freelancers to ix them. Same issue with slow speed became after 4 months and again moving to another server and new errors and I spent money again to fix them!

BE AWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY DO NOT RESPECT CLIENTS AND DO NOT HAVE ANY MORAL RULES!!!
