Problems with HOSTNEXUS.COM (hostnexus-dot-com):

1. My website was down for many hours on the first day of hosting, it never went back online, I cancelled the service right away

2. The support guy on the 1-866 number needs a good sleep and a better attitude towards customers and to stop hanging up on a customer. Also his interests are prior to customer's. Very unprofessional support and very unknowledgeable.

3. Their so-called 24/7 support is almost never reachable neither on their live chat nor on their 1-866 number.

4. The CEO of HostNexus.com posted customer's personal info and personal message on a web forum. Very unprofessional.

5. Refund not received. Chargeback will have to follow.

Don't get lured in by their perfectly designed website.
Try them and see, maybe it works for you. Watch out for DOWNTIME! Subscribe (free) to MASTER.COM uptime watchdog
to monitor how of a big liar your host is guaranteeing you a 99,98% uptime.

Suggestion: don't get public opinions from http://www.webhostingtalk.com since they are backed and influenced by hosting companies and many unwanted opinions are removed.
