Problems with Hostonce; false promises ripoff .....

I bought this domain for my parents as a Christmas present, I can only thank god the site was actually up and running on Christmas day. Well thats about as good as the situation gets.

I could not get any of my pop mail to forward,store or anything else,anything I sent to the domain under any address just disappeared. Didn't bounce just off in cyberland somewhere.

Upon trying to upload websites I was greeted with failures and more times than not the site would not pull up at all, when it did it looked like I was running off a server with a dial up (SLOW).

My control panel was inaccessible most of the time, or at least parts of it were. I was directed to a web based help desk which at the time was also not working, when it did come back online many of my "tickets" just mysteriously dissapperead with no resolution or even attempting to contact me.

Hostonce didn't even appear to know my site wasn't working even when it was completly down. They moved it to another server which I never did get to work at all. Finally in March I couln't stand it anymore,couldn't get a response,all my tickets were being deleted so I mail bombed the sales mail account, well, that got me a response a.s.a.p., they cancelled my service, which I told them was a joke, you can't cancel something that never existed.

Then this month to take the cake, A charge on my credit card for HOSTONCE PTY LTD OAK. 7 months after my account was cancelled and I thought i was done with the hostonce blues only to find out they are trying to steal more of my money, this time without even attempting to offers service ( I don't even have an account with them )

I'm pretty upset about fraudulent charges to my account, especially since I was already charges for services that were never rendered. Certianly not as advertised.

I personally dealt with Debbie and they did refund part of my money. But as far as a satisfactory resolution ? I'm gonna have to say NO ! I feel sorry for her if she really cares as much as she says, at this point she should be fed up with her network admin.

DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE IF YOU EXPECT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE. If you want something cheap that works sometimes, this is for you.
