My wife and I attended a sales presentation in Del.May 2015 We were promised a promotional cruise if we attended. We received the forms to apply for the Caribbean 7 day promotional cruise and discounted airline tickets. In order to apply we had to send them $196.We sent the checks 6/7/2015 and they were cashed. We applied for a cruise in Nov.2015 for a cruise starting in Florida(Royal Caribbean) via the web site provided for Feb 2016. We waited more than 7 business days for them to contact us. No one contacted us .My wife called them.I called them. I sent emails. We finally talked to several agents . One told us to reapply for a carinval cruise. We did-no one contacted us again. We called them. This agent said we applied for dates too close to holidays. We reapplied for a cruise in May.No one contacted us again within 7 business days so we called requesting our $196 be returned. We wrote to Away To paradise Vacations-4491 Cheshire Station Plaza,Ste 53 Dale City ,Va. It turns out this is a drop mail box in a mailing store. However a Mr. Colvin did write me a letter stating I could not get my $196 back because I did not plan my trip within 180 days of paying them the money. He told us to ask for an extension and reapply  for another cruise-of couse that costs more money.By them delaying us the the limit expired.
