Hot Rods Hand Wash False advertising Bait/Switch Kissimmee Florida
Beware the bait and switch! Took my F150 to get washed and asked for the $20 package. The sign says (+$3 for SUV) so $23 package. The woman who came out said that there was only two people working so they would not clean the inside. Odd that two people can’t clean the inside of a brand new truck but maybe they just didn’t know how. Anyway, I told her fine and that I would do the $10 exterior only package plus the $3 for SUV. She told me that despite what the sign said, it would cost $20 to do the exterior only! I drove 30 minutes to get my truck hand washed and ended up leaving instead of letting her rip me off. Beware!
