Hot wire Hot wire missleading customers! Internet
On May 23rd 2016 I booked a hotel with hotwire, and they said the Hotel was a Hewitt area hotel with 2 stars, and 70% recomended. They then gave me Extended Stay America in Woodway Texas. This is not a hotel in the Hewitt area, and would be lucky to make 1 star! There is no way this place is 70% recomended, but more like 20% recomended! I contacted hotwire and they refused to make a change. This is a real rip off! I will not stay at a Extended Stay America, as they have a poor rating every where but on rip off Hotwire! I don't recomend Hotwire since they can't be honest! I have contacted my credit card. Stay away from hotwire its a rip off!
