I booked car online with insurance, I got email from car rental insurance company that insurance not available. I called customer care she told to contact insurance company, I contacted them said that insurance not available.I asked If it is not available why they mentioned in site and charged me. Customer Care is so rude and told that its not possible to refund/cancel/change my trip. They charged me with wrong advertising and cheated me and charged me for $400. On the top they asked me to call that company this company and others. HOt wire is biggest fraud company website. Please dont book through it. I saw highest cases and bad reviews on HOT WIRE and still its continuting their fraud business cheaing customers. Please dont book HOT WIRE....
I got email from them that I agree online in terms& conditions. FRAUD HOT WIRE.Its a scam by HOT WIRE.....BE AWARE.
