Complaint Review: Hot Yoga Spa

I saw a Groupon for called Hot Yoga Spa so I called to find out when the next appointment was available before I bought the voucher. The person who answered suggested quickly that if I buy the treatment package directly from her (the owner), I would get a $10 discount. She said that I had to buy the package before I set up an appointment. Stupidly enough, I bought the package from her and set up the appointment. I had to reschedule, so I called her. This was last Tuesday(a week ago), since then, I have called her 3 times (left voicemail each time), sent an email and a text message. She has yet to get in touch with me.
