I booked a hotel room for three nights in Orlando, Fla., Come to find out the next day they ran it through my credit card company again. I called them and they were very rude. They said they weren't allowed to call the credit card company and straighten it out. Then after several calls and much arguing, they agreed to call the credit card company but never did! So much for getting good rates on a room, I'm paying twice instead!Will never use this kind of service again!

Pamela, when did this happen? If in the last 60 days, your credit card company can help you. Call your credti card company to dispute this double charge. Credit card companies usually request to fill a form or to send a letter with your dispute.
When the credit card company gets your letter, they will mark the disputed amount, and start an investigation. You do not have to pay the questioned amount while they are investigating. (On your credit card statement you will see a clear mark next to the disputed amount.)
In this case the Hotel Distribution has to prove that that the second charge is valid. (It will be very hard for them...)
The moment when the credit card company call them, they will pay back your money...
