Joseph Toma is General Manager of Hotel Liquidators, They sold me $2700 worth of used Hotel Air cond/heaters. Never delivered, took the $ and ran. They wont answer thier phone and emails. They are thiefs,I own a lodge and can not afford this. How do scum bags like them look at their childrens faces? I am not alone, their voice mail is Full! Constantly.

I purchased Two Ice-Machine from him. I paid $2000 for the Ice Machine and $666.56 for Freight. Total of $2666.56. I never received the items from him. I tried calling and e-mailing them countless times but did not get any response. It has been 9 months since i paid him.

I am sorry for how you seem to have lost money with this company.
I am a liquidator myself and thought i would add a few things to this report.
In the last 2 weeks a have spoken to several clients that have also paid this company for product they will probably not receive.
He advertises 32" flat screen tv's for $50 on his website and unfortunately it seem that he is still collecting money for them.
I have spoken to other reputable liquidators and we all have the same story, multiple clients that have paid him for products.
The six customers i know through my business have paid him around $120,000. Customers that paid by credit card have been able to recoup their money but it will be a longer battle for those that paid by check or wire transfer.
He has not paid some hotels for the product and in at least on case he signed all shipping bills to the hotel he was liquidating.
Having individuals in our industry like him is very bad for all of us and we can only hope authorities will catch him soon.

I orderd 12 ptac units from them back in January 2015 and they took payment of $1980.00. I never received any shipment for the order. Everytime i call,it goes into the voicemail ,no reply by phone or email. Business like this needs to shut down with helding legal charges against the owners of the business.
