Hotel Plus Portal Cancelled 45 days prior to stay. Won't refund! Internet

We made a reservation for 11/22/12 and called to cancel 10/3/12. The agreement said if you cancel 72 hours prior to reservation they would give a credit. I called multiple times after not recieving credit on account and they kept saying you should see a credit within a few days after each call. It is now being disputed with our credit card company. So frustrated I could spit! Not sure we will ever be able to get it resolved. My advice don't trust this service. If you could even call it a service!
