I booked a hotel room for next year through HotelPlusPortal.com. Today I received a call from the hotel, informing me that Hotel Plus, LLC has ceased operations, taken the money, my reservation is invalid and I need to pay the hotel in full to make the reservation. HotelPlusPortal.com, GuestSmile.com and all other related websites are all gone, voicemail is full, and emails return error messages.

Internet searches show that as of October 2014, Shaun Sima was Chief Operating Officer. Kenneth Johnson (or Ken Johnson, or Ken Jhonson) is/was a supervisor, other staff include James and Jennifer.  

HotelPortalPlus, I want my money back.
