Hotels.com promised us a hotel stay, free parking and a free shuttle to Disney Land park. When we went to the hotel to check in, we asked what time does the Disney Land shuttle leave, the attendant said there is not shuttle service to DL. We called hotels.com for an explanation and they said that the shuttle is actually to another park. When we told them that our search criteria was for Disney Land on their website, and that they need to provide us with either a refund or the services provided, they told us to go f ourselves. We had to stay at another hotel that has the shuttle service because we have babies and we needed the service. We disputed with the credit card company but lost. Hotels.com took our money and ran. We will never book through Hotels.com or their parent company, Expedia.com.

A travel booking site is not going to just pull out of thin air that a particular hotel has a shuttle to Disneyland unless they got that information from somewhere, something like this would usually be provided by the hotel.

Out of curiosity what hotel was it?
