Hotels.com Refund policy is a racket Dallas Internet
I gave this company over 24 hours notice that I was cancelling my reservation and was still charged the entire amount, including, to my knowledge, taxes and fees. Not a cancellation fee, the entire amount. I was shocked and am still upset about it. I will never, ever, on moral principle, use this company again. The refund policy is essentially a shakedown.
