Hotels.com Rewards plan is a joke Internet
We used Hotels.com six different times, sometimes 2 or 3 nights at a time. But because one time we signed in under my husbands name their rewards program created a different account.
Everyone I contacted by phone said they could not in any way "merge" the 2 accounts so that nights spent would reflect and count towards the reward program. So I emailed the corporate offices and they they promised to "fix" the problem by merging the two accounts. I never heard from them again.
I don't know how these people stay in business. The FTC should unlicense websites/businesses that have as many rip off reports/unsolved complaints as Hotels.com does. If there's no repurcussions for bad behavior, they don't have an incentive to do better.
